@nycwriter I don't know what was your site URL but we got few clients with very competitive keywords having not optimizes pages with 0 backlinks and domain age.
With something like that you can't expect any results.

These are just 2 "negative" reviews against much more positive.

That wasn't the problem-- I did the keyword research myself to find strong words with low competition, provided an article, the whole site is optimized, and the domain is aged. Your service just didn't work for my client, sorry to say. I just want to make sure this forum knows the truth about your service.

There are other reviews and screen shots of SERP monitoring tool for projects done on this forum. I can't know how you did keyword research or onpage SEO, but anyway it's working for most of customers.

So far I have been more than impressed with this service, in that they respond incredibly promptly and politely to questions, and their customer service is the best I've found here on BH. Order completed today so will report back here on what I find. I'm currently half way down page 2 of google in a pretty competitive niche, so we'll see what happens.

Their service team has been very responsive in following up. There was a posting problem with my order but they promptly responded and corrected the issue.

Not only that but as a token of gratitude, they offered 1000 slow-submission article backlinks as a way of an apology. Apology accepted!

Do their services work?
My site is now on the first page of search results in Bing and Google for competitive terms out of 20,000,000 results so you tell me. My site practically has NO content on it yet so I'm very impressed and it shows what backlinks can do.

Look diagram on page one in this thread.
Inner page is inner page on your site - any page that is not home page.

For example your home page is
www.golf.com
and inner pages are
www.golf.com/how-to-play-golf.html
www.golf.com/golf-courses.html

etc...
