Sorry for the trouble.

I think it's because we didn't receive the email notification from Paypal, while our support has no right to check the Paypal account, if you ever contact our 24*7 hours support team, they will tell you to wait till the manager come to work and proceed the issue, it will be solved within 24 hours at most. Usually just need several hours to solve it in fact.
