From seeing the reviews and the reputation from the OP I would've thought the test transaction I tried would've gone smoothly.
Sent them $50.00 for 10 PVAs - and then after i sent him the transaction ID from paypal, they said there was something going on with their paypal - the paypal they told me to send to is an unverified chinese paypal account and its having problems.
They said it's now going to take 3 business days before they recieve the payment, and so I have to wait through the weekend - and it'll probably take the full 5 days. 5 days to get 10 accounts? BULLSHIT.
They refuse to process a refund or to give me the accounts, and told me I can send an email complaint to their management if i feel like it. I Dont wanna sit here and trade emails all day, your site says INSTANT DELIVERY for small purchases.
Oh well - glad i decided against buying 100 accounts to start. Your shitty customer service, bait n' switch tactics, and amateur merchant processing have lost you not only this customer, but I will make sure I warn everyone not to risk the same problems I have encountered.
