We don't currently offer geo-targeted traffic, just worldwide traffic only. With worldwide traffic, we aren't able to control where the traffic will come from geographically or specify the demographic (i.e. age, sex, gender, etc.). Unfortunately, PayPal is the only form of payment we currently accept. We would be happy to make a PayPal button for you which you can use to make a purchase with a credit card without a PayPal account.

Can we have multiple URL's in this system?

Example: I have 10 urls/domains and I want about 50 UV's/day on each of them - so 500 UV's/day. Am I able to set this up for ~ 6 months if I buy the 100K package? I just need that steady amount to each url.

Yes, we are able to split traffic into multiple URLs. Our only requirement is that all campaigns must have at least 10k. Meaning campaigns less than 10k won't be acceptable. Otherwise, everything you stated in your example is possible.
