Yes, that is correct. Each 10k campaign will deliver 100-150 per day. To deliver 10k per day, 10x 100k packages would be required.

OK there are services similar to adfly, which would pay at least $1 for 1000 views, it's still double of the initial investment to traffic, thats suspicious, why would you sell it so cheap ?

Worldwide traffic is generally cheaper when compared to geo-targeted traffic.
