On testing it did move as and when I sent new traffic, but I look forward to normal service being resumed as it has now stop working completely

hi, I purchased 10000 visitors to my site a few weeks ago, and I think I have visitors still remaining, but I can not see the statistics, what happened?, or already are over the 10000 Visitors?
