Our service does work with facebook apps, but we cannot gaurantee that visitors will have a facebook account or sign up for the app.

We send real human visitors to your URL. In regards to youtube, earlier last year youtube made some changes to their site which have affected the way they track video views. Where they used to count page loads as views, they now use a much more complicated algorithm that takes more video trends into account. Unfortunately this has affected how our traffic translates into video views. We don?t require the visitors to stay on the page for a specific amount of time so we can?t guarantee what type of results you would get from a youtube campaign with our traffic. We can still send the visitors to the site, our results have just been more inconsistent lately so we can?t make any guarantees.
No traffic is ever 100% Adsense safe, since people can click on ads too many times, with the potential to cause click fraud. With that said, we've had many customers purchase traffic to use on Adsense sites and we've never had any complaints.

ok so...i bought this service about two months back...and it is the real deal although if you get untargeted your visitors will be 98 percent from japan...not a huge deal i guess i just figured it would be spread out over different continents at least...i did receive visitors and the tracking aspect they provide is pretty cool but heres the bad parts
i told them i wanted to gradually increase my views as my site was very young...the first few days i saw 200-300-400 up to 500 in the recent stats...but i was wanting to get more at 1000-2000 so i emailed them to ramp up the traffic...they emailed me back citing violations in the TOS...the truth is i had completely forgot about certain aspects of it which is my bad i admit...there was an audio player which they dont allow...thats fine with me ill take it of no problem...once again my bad haha...but when i went to review my alleged violations it said alot of things that just truly didnt exist
some were extremely vague and there was no way to pinpoint what was triggering this...it said
script: ?, i said it would be hard pressed to find a modern website without "script" im assuming they meant javascript...i have a WP based site which has e-commerce cart and language translation in the sidebars...im assuming this what they were reffering to...but i really dont want to remove this as it is important the functionality of my site...once again these are all assumptions because the tracking software and they havent reall said what the issues were
frame: im assuming they meant iframe or something...i did experiment with a popup for a total of about 5 minutes but needless to say i realized this was also against TOS...other than that there is no frames from what i understand
redirect: there is no redirect...why would i redirect from my landing page i have invested so much money to SEO haha

ADULT CONTENT: there is no adult content...no words images none of that...i made all the content...there is no adult content period this is a false trigger
so...in conclusion...the service is good...but they have not been helpful in helping me understand what the actuall issues are and helping me fix them...id be happy to and ive said it over an over
i bought 100k and only 30k was delivered nearly 3 months later...they didnt mention any type of refund or anything merely said i could buy more traffic from them at a discount...haha sounds kinda shady to me cmon guys...i was gonna be a long standing customer and was literally going to buy more when i noticed all this stuff...what up with some customer service

i have been doing internet based business for about ten years and i have been very successful...the biggest reason is...good customer service
im sure you guys will do good regardless but you wont get alot of return customers if any if you continue to treat your customers literally like numbers

We have currently changed SEO administrators. Our previous employee had to resign due to health problems and a new administrator has taken over as of one month ago. Due to the previous employee's condition, he was not able to tend to every customer with excellent customer service. With the new administrator, he promises to give timely responses and help answer any questions you may have.
Regarding our policies on URLs for our traffic, we have restrictions that are set by our traffic provider. We want to ensure that your traffic is delivered at a consistent rate and we do deal with customers who have websites that break iframes, have adult content, AcitiveX, as well as redirect traffic to a different site. By doing this, it will halt the campaign and traffic will seize to deliver.
We have to check the URL before the order is processed and will message you if your URL breaks any of our TOS. Therefore it give you the option to change the URL or ask for a refund.
We are trying to work with customers and help them grab attention of potential clients by raising their ranking on search engines. We do not intend on treating our customers like numbers and I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Please PM us with your username and we will take a look at your campaign to see if we can improve it's delivery.

Okay, I just have a couple more questions -
- Is there a way for me to spread it out to different articles?
- What does the referrer look like? Is there anyway to tell it's from a PTC site?
they gave me a full refund exactly and fully explained the whole situation and have definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes...consider this somewhat of a retraction....the truth is it had alot to do with an oversight on my part...im quite scatter brained nowadays with business being good...im sure u can understand that...i wish to reacquire your services i replied to your email let me know what needs to happen...i wont put the stupid audio player there EVER again haha

The minimum amount we can send to one URL is 10k of visitors. If you would like to spread it out to more articles, you can, but each article would need to receive 10k of traffic.
