Fast delivery and the links are ok. Only negative is on some pages the fresh comments are first and get pushed down as new comments are added which means eventually my link will not be on the page it started (less PR as you move down the thread). All in all though worth $20 I suppose and he threw in some free PR 4 links so fair enough for me

These kind of pages do not exist. Many of the pages will continue to have the same RP even after google updates them, but this doesn't mean it will be the same forever, sometimes it gets higher sometimes the opposite.
Nobody but google only knows its algorithm.
PRs are likely to be static, but not, me, not the owner of the blog, not the best SEO expert knows whether the PR will be the same, higher or lower for a page or domain.
I suggest you to read around in this forum and you will understand how it works and how much powerful are high PR domains, and the real power of having a backlink on a high PR page.

You see how this is a PR6 because it is a recent post before the update. After the next update, this will drop to a PR0 because most authority blogs have this pattern. Are the links you are selling on RECENT blog posts?

The blog page example that you give is a PR6 and it is new. But as we all know google updated its PR on the beginning of April, and this page wasn't affected, because this post was written the 19 of March.
You have no proof that it will go to PR0, also because in my offer I have some pages that were created on 2007, 2008 and 2009 and their PR is veeery high and after google update their PR remained the same.
There are possibilities that the PR changes, what I have noticed is that on about 50 pages, the PR remained the same. Many PR2 pages became PR3. All the PR4 and PR5 that I have remained the same. I didn't have PR7 before, some PR6 became PR7... etc etc...
One more thing... the page that you have mentioned is PR6 because it is PR6, not because it is new. New pages have no PR at all and they get the PR as soon as google updates it.

3) If you buy the Slver or Gold yes, they will be from different blogs, if you buy the platinum they will be from the same pages, thus I suggest you to use two different links if you buy a Platinum. They will be on the same pages, but you can higher the PR and SERP of your internal pages as well.
4) The silver package will have from 11 to 12 different domains. The Platinum will have from 18 to 20 domains.
