I was lucky enough to receive a review copy of this VA service, and I had them focus on managing my Shopify store. Specifically, I tasked them with handling product listings, image and file management, and conducting some QA testing on the site. These tasks are estimated to take around a week to complete, but they worked extra time to get it delivered quickly.

They delivered exactly what was advertised. I handed over my instructions/SOPs, and they picked it up incredibly fast with minimal hand-holding. The quality of the work was excellent, the product listings were accurate, the file management was perfectly organized, and their QA testing caught things I might have missed. Delivery Time:
The delivery time was spot on. They started promptly after we discussed the task requirements, and the work was completed well within the expected turnaround time (TAT) without sacrificing quality. They truly did prioritize my work and delivered individual reports for each project as specified on my instructions document.

Customer Service:
The communication was great throughout the process. They were updated my instructions document with exactly what I wanted them done. They also created unique reports as requested for certain tasks.
