Buddy..chances are really slim you will hurt your ranking by building a few backlinks...if so everyone would just purchase these packages for their compeditors' websites to make their compeditors rank worse.

Absolutely worse case scenario, if you have a brand new site and suddenly have a few thousand links (using xrumer or the like) you might get your site sandboxed by google...but even that will be temporary..

My advice, stick with the package you ordered, give it about a month or so and check for the improvement in rank..

The package did the trick. I advanced 300 places to the 11th position for my keyword, threw another $50 link package at it and got myself spot #7 a month later. The results were fast, although I never received a link report.
Only good results here!

Update: I checked around, and I do some work for one of the competition under a pseudonym just to keep an eye on things. The competition has spent around $15000 USD doing bizarre stuff with SEO that clearly doesn't work, and I stepped in with a rival site and in two weeks kicked everyone's butts with less than $200, buying link packages and no on-site work at all. A little over half that money went to this link package. So there you go

Ordered received and implemented. Communication could have been better as the order took over a week, instead of 2 days and i had to chase it a few times.

Apart from that all links are valid and a few have been crawled by the engines. Professional excel report supplied.
A little to early to report on results, but judging by previous feedback it does what it says on the tin.
