I requested a card for Etsy, but the cards were provided one week late. The first one did not work at all, and the second one was rejected by Etsy because it was not suitable for their system. Even though both cards failed, I still have not received a refund. I have 15 perfectly working accounts created with cards I purchased from a different seller, but that seller has become too expensive, so I was looking for a new one. Unfortunately, this seller has been an incredible waste of time and keeps coming up with absurd arguments that drive me crazy. The cards don’t work, and all they do is stall and delay

As you can see, I clearly asked for a card specifically for Etsy from the very beginning, and now you are giving me meaningless answers. If the cards you receive do not work, you will end up having a complete nervous breakdown just trying to get a refund. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this seller. I don't know this buyer intentions starting from when my thread opened, he choose to give me a negative feedbacks, you can see when my thread was approved, he immediately dropped a negative feedback within 10 mins of asking me to give him a card with $15 in it to check if he can use it for a trial, that if the website debits the card, that he will then pay for the main order, I didn't know that this buy has intentions to give me negative feedbacks.
I provided this buyer with 2 cards and the 2 cards worked perfectly well and i will upload the debits from the card showing the debits.

The 2 cards I provided worked perfectly well, but he keep threatening me on chat to send him back the $15 or else he will keep dropping negative feedbacks. I even told him that even if he wants the refund, that I will send him $6 out of the $15 because the 2 cards cost me $9 - $12 but he refused. The chat screenshots is here.
