I made the 1st order a few months ago and I was happy with the service (you can see my positive review) back then, so I made a returning order in March 1st.

But this time I'm not near as happy as I was for the 1st time.

Long story short - 1.5 months later, after intensive correspondence (I sent my last email 2 days ago) I'm still waiting for the report. Newkid, is there any logical explanation?
