A: Links are on pages, which are newly created within a site with PR4-PR9 (domain pagerank). Newly created page has lower pagerank.

A: It works, it helps for boosting the rankings, even if you think it does not. There are some threads on BHW which are debating that. Feel free to make your own conclusions

Hawran and his team are very professional all 30 sites were from high PR, edu and gov websites. They sent me a report within a few days and I was able to see all my links. I have not seen an increase in my serps yet but then again it's only been a few days.

Hawran do you offer 200+ high PR, edu and gov link package?
I would need it done asap. I have a deadline to meet.
