I must say the instructions are so detail, sometimes it is offending to your intelligence
You will not stop anywhere before you are completely done with proxy set up on your server. The support is top notch. You ask him, and he is there online within minutes, at least it happened to me everytime.

Non- US guys , this is the thing to go if you want US IPs to post to craiglist. These are never flagged as proxys by craiglist, as the IP is never used by anybody apart from you.

Not to mention...THE CHEAPEST SOLUTION FOR US IP

While the e-book is clear and shows you how to easily set up a proxy server, it's been very difficult finding reliable hosting. That's been by far the most frustrating part. It seems every host will only give you two IPs, unless you're willing to pay a lot more to get a few extra (such as 4 or 6)

The one I'm using, SWVPS, gave me two IPs. The ebook makes a suggestion on how to obtain additional IPs, but this method didn't work with my particular host. When I requested 9 additional IPs and gave them justification as outlined in the book, they told me that ARIN will only provide IPs for DNS or SSL purposes.

I've been emailing other potential hosts, and my struggles continue. I'm so ready to use my proxy server to begin posting, yet I can't because I'm unable to find reliable hosting that will give me the IPs that I need.

This book is very good, but I wish it provided more help with regard to hosting in obtaining IPs.

Can anyone make any recommendations for hosting so I can get those extra IPs before justification is required? Thanks.

**UPDATE**

I threatened to switch to a different host and requested a refund from my host since they were giving me a hard time for extra IPs.

Two hours later, I received my extra IPs!!

I think creztor has demonstrated a fantastic idea on obtaining US IP @ dirt cheap price (comparing to getting exclusive proxy servers)

However, suppose I post 1000 ads per day, and the rule of thumb (I suppose every experienced user should know this), is 5 ADs for every IP. Which means I will need around 200 IPs to fully complete 1 cycle.

Now, with the $9.99 USD / month hosting plan (that you are proposing), I am wondering if its possible to obtain 200 IPs at this point? If not,what are my alternative choices as opposed to signing up to 200 VPS hosting plans. Please explain.

Getting 200 IPs from one place most likely wouldn't be possible. Typically you can get anywhere from 10 - 30 IPs before they start asking questions and at some point they usually have their own policies on how many max IPs are allowed per customer. Stuff like this is the homework you need to do before you decide who to go with. You definitely wouldn't need 200 setups just to get 200 IPs. If you did, then you would be doing something awfully wrong.

I haven't set up my proxy yet because I'm still looking for a host, but I can tell you that the information and instructions are solid.

If I was to get this and sell the usage on the proxies.. would it deter others from posting multiple posts on craigslist? I just need a little more info to get this done / going before I buy. Not trying to distract anyone from the post.. Just looking for rest of info.. Creztor message me with the answers if you want..

The number of IPs you get will really vary. There is no hard rule because it will vary greatly. I would say a safe estimate would be 10 - 30 IPs. More is possible, you just need to do your homework. I personally wouldn't rent IPs out to others to post on CL as you don't know what/how many posts they would do and it would only take one happy and ignorant spammer to mess things up for everyone on your server. That is just my opinion though.
