I have to vouch for these people. I worked with them for 3–4 years and they ALWAYS did their part—more than enough, in fact. In all that time I only had one issue with an advertiser who refused to pay me for some of my leads, and when I spoke with my AM (Anaïs at the time) she told me not to worry: they would pause that offer but would cover payment for all pending leads. There were also payments advanced to me when I was short on liquidity, even though I was on a weekly payment schedule.

Another point worth mentioning is that later, when I began working directly with some advertisers to whom I’d previously sent traffic via Toro, I was able to verify that the payouts/bumps I’d received were correct and that nothing had been shortchanged— which speaks volumes about their honesty.

In short, I have nothing but praise for this company and its employees. I’m not involved in CPA today, but if I ever return to the business, it will be with them
