My bad.. I created account in seo-proxies,,(of your signature link)... instead of proxycollective

To create an account you actually need the invitation code, without one you can not create the account.
I'm confused

Sure.
The proxycollective should have the most advanced proxy testing algorithms, all proxies are tested very frequently to make sure the list doesn't contain dead ones.

New features have been added:
A Flatrate is available, pay a single price per month and you will always have proxies ready
As VIP you do not pay extra Credits when requesting a country now
As VIP you now select PROXIES BY STATE !
That has been a frequently asked feature, now you can choose the state from where you want the proxy.
Usually almost all US states do have 2-30 (working!) proxies ready.

I tried 10 their proxies and tested them with scrapebox, 1 min after I requested them...
7/10 were IP BLOCKED, 1 not found, so only 2 worked....

cicacik: as far as I see you did not use the filter for scrapebox proxies, so you received random ones which will work at random for the purpose.
When using the scrapebox filter the success rate is higher

You can find invitations above, some should still work.

Regarding no-PVA use or scrapebox: you need to signup for VIP.
As VIP you can filter for proxies that don't need a PVA and you can select the state where you want your proxies from.
I think L2 will be fine for Craigslist as well, doubt it's a problem.
