I was not available a lot in the past 3 days and as usual: worst things happen exactly at the worst moments
My PM box was filled so people could not write me messages.
The server testing new uploaded proxies had a locking problem, since 12th we had no new proxies added into the database (so the total number of proxies were reduced over the weekend)
The locking problem should not happen anymore and my PM-box on BHW is available again.
