Hey Naga, I didn't realize this was a windows program. I was trying to run it on my mac. I'm using vmware fusion to run it on windows, but it has an arm setup. What kind of computer is this designed to run on architecture wise? Is this meant for x64 and not arm?

Hi! Possibly you can run in on a mac using bootcamp but I have not tried that myself. The software is built on windows and can run on that OS.

I just paid for the order, but it told me that my password was incorrect. I went to the website to change my password, and the website told me that an email had been sent, but after a long time, I still didn't receive the email.

You have to use the software license credentials to log in to the software. Not the website credentials :). If you need more detailed help, let me know in a discord ticket please .

I don't know why, but when I clicked https://discord.gg/qGyHPAg3Yg, the page reminded me that I couldn't accept the invitation.
 
I created a ticket on discord. When I open the application on a windows computer. It opens and then closes in about two seconds without any error messages. It won't stay open. Is there something else that I should be doing?

Hi, please check the discord. I already mentioned there you should reinstall it. Looking at the video your scanner might have blocked essential files.
