Not sure why you can’t wait just 2 minutes for an answer. You’re already being helped in the ticket, on a sunday as my colleague mentioned, and demand instant answers even though you’re already being helped near immediate.
You’re being helped as best we can. The issue is with your server and you need to reinstall the software like we mentioned.
Hi I tried deleting the software as many times but can't start the program fully. At first, it quits right after I click Run. When I switched to another machine, it also quits in the middle (where the page is asking for username selection). I'm still debugging and need your assistance as this is critical for my project

Sure! You fill in the information on what accounts you want to create, choose if you want to use proxies or not, choose if you want to use an sms verification service or use your own phone numbers and press run. That's it!
