This guy is a horrible seller. Only 12 of the 200 accounts I purchased from him work. He keeps saying he will send new ones to replace "soon", but either they don't work again, or just doesn't send them.

I gave him multiple chances to remedy to this before posting here, and I even told him I was going to post here. So do what you will with that information.
