Same thing. I'm sitting here with money in hand ready to order 2 removals but have not received a reply to my DMs.

P.S. I received a review copy of this service and OP was fantastic (even while going through a serious personal issue). Delivered on time and everything went flawless. I think he's probably dealing with some things offline, but I really hope he gets back on here soon because I've got a client waiting :/
