Seller went offline on telegram after the payment?
i understand that his post says 24 hours delivery. but can you at least confirm or give a ETA?

Its been 24 hours.. and i still have not yet received a working account from seller.
he came online last night and sent me non working account details which i immediately updated him about. and he said he will check and went offline immediately after it
there has been no update since.
Telegram shows he came online 15 minutes ago but no update or reply.
please either provide me a refund or a working account within next 2 hours. or take this as intimation of starting a dispute thread.

There were delays with delivery but he has explained and regardless the account looks good... no issues with it so far
