I received my multi-layer backlinking package for 1 site 3 days ago.. today it was finally indexed.. I cant believe it took that long. Not a good sign in my opinion.

Also, I still haven't seen a report from you of my 2nd site with the smaller multi-layer link package. Its been 2 weeks. I could have definitely done all that by hand by now.

Can you please give me an update and consider hiring someone to at least communicate to your customers. I definitely will not be buying the multi-layer packages again as it has been completely useless but at least your Social Bookmarks were excellent and very fast.

@Lickalotpuss: I'm sorry that you feel that way, most of our customers realize the SEO benefits of the multi layer packages and also that building a large amount of backlinks in a short period of time can be seen unnatural in search engines' eyes. SEO takes time and if you rush it you'll end up getting penalized or put in the sandbox. It is also stated on our website that usual completion time is one month!

We have a few clients with the largest multi layer packages who explicitly asked that we don't finish the work in less than 2 months. They're experiencing fantastic results in their rankings and search engine organic traffic.

I strongly believe that the services we offer and at the prices we offer are close to unbeatable in the industry. However I also know that we must get (a lot) better in the communications department.

Thank you for your reply. I was intending to order your largest SEO package but i dont like not hearing anything from you for days. You still havent answered my questions that i submitted in your contact form as well as I still havent heard anything regarding the 2nd multi-layer package i purchased.

P.S I was looking around on your site for your estimated completion time and was unable to find it. That combined with not hearing anything from you is what made me worry.
