No Wyzomarketing is not communicating. I feel i have lost my money. been 5 days now since i ordered. I suggest we add Wyzo to the S*** list?!?! If you cant do it, just say it and refund my money.

This affects a really small portion of the orders, I'm sorry for not being more communicative about this with you, I believed we could fix it sooner, but it took a couple of days. Now everything's back to normal and will deliver the missing reports asap.

alright wyzo this is getting ridiculous. i placed my order on 10/9/2010 it is now 10/15/2010 and my order has not been fulfilled. i hate putting this on the thread but im running out of options.

It's been 2.5 days so far here - was checking in to see if he's been online because he hasn't been answering an email status update. I had an order of 11 packages...

At a minimum, please just reply with a 'we had a server crash, give me 24 hours' or 'we had a hacker and lost our data'. Why are you just ignoring our problems? That pisses us off more than just talking!
