Hi, never got a response on my order either. Transaction ID: 9AF025743K180813X.

I initially got a reply on the day I received my report "that it was being looked into". The person identified themselves as "David Wong". Nothing since that day on September 2.

Yes, i did receive my report. The issue was the links didn't reflect the amount I ordered. It was something like 502 when I got the 600 package.

I am guessing the report was just wrong, but was looking for an updated report with all of the links.
