there are pligg sites included, even some of the major and most well known social bookmark sites run on pligg and/or scuttle. It's not the engine that's problem it's the pagerank-less spamsites and we try to avoid those like black plague.

In the past few weeks we received orders to resubmit the same url or a url that was submitted before by someone else to a number of social bookmarking sites. It is not recommended to resubmit these, that won't help your seo efforst by much.

Instead you could submit another url of the same domain, like yourdomain.com/post1 or something. If you have a good internal linking structure (and you should have) then it will mean the world for search engines if they see deep backlinks (to your posts, pages, etc.) It's a lot more efficient and you can keep submitting to SB sites when you have new content!
