Firstly, I wanted to buy just one account for testing, but the seller insisted on a minimum of five, which was already suspicious.
Secondly, I clearly stated that I needed the billing country to be the USA (which is important for my payment method), but I was given accounts with the Philippines as the billing country.

When I asked for a refund, the seller refused, claiming he had already shared the accounts (the Business Manager and ad accounts belong to him, and I was only given access).

I haven’t done anything with the accounts — they remain exactly as they were when I received them.

In the end, the seller foisted off five ad accounts on me (when I only requested one for testing), which don’t match my requirements, and now refuses to issue a refund based on a weak excuse.

Eventually, he deleted our entire chat history, removed my access from the Business Manager, and, of course, never issued any refund.
