Hex, got it, understood. Warning recieved. I will be more polite, and apologize for upsetting anyone. However, I am adamant that in zb's situation I am not in the wrong, and his threats and insults are growing very tiring. Especially after he has product he used, and filed a chargeback for. Since I have proof his chargeback went through, I consider his issue resolved. Let me know if you need anything further from me.

@iq465: You say you've refunded John's money but he's still saying you've not. You seem to have a lot of people, old members very unhappy with your behaviour yet you're still contesting your innocence. It just doesn't hold for me, sorry.

I'll await confirmation from John that at this stage his money still hasn't been refunded.

Still no refund Hex. Just two emails from Adam double talking and stringing this along some more. He called paypal, it was their fault, something. Of course, not his fault as usual.

You know, I just wanted to say something. I sound like an ass on this thread, but I am actually a very cool understanding person. However, when I feel I've been taken advantage of, given the person a chance to make it right, and have them do it again, that changes. I've been in business, online and offline for a long time. And after reading my posts here, I want to make a small clarification.

If Adam had just stood up like a man, admitted his mistakes and made sure the job got done or promptly (and correctly) refunded my money, I wouldn't be such an asshole about this. Truthfully, it's not even about the cash. Any successful entrepreneur knows you have to take the good with the bad, and a $130 loss won't keep me from paying the light bill.

What it's about is Adam's lack of commitment and respect. He is young, so hopefully this will be a lesson learned and he will grow from it. It's about me feeling like he tried to jack me, and others, and thought there would be no repercussions. It's about the fact that all he had to do was handle himself differently and this would never have become an issue.

I actually felt I had to speak up and stir up some shit here over this because people on the forum (for some reason unknown to me) are just to DAMN NICE to have gotten in his ass about this. Posting someones personal info on the site? Wow. A plane ticket is only $200 anywhere in the US. If I was in ZB's shoes I couldn't say I wouldn't have spent that $200.

So really Adam, and whoever else is reading this, everybody makes mistakes. Everybody. So when you mess up and admit it, it honestly puts you in a higher regard to most people than people who never mess up at all. It means you are real. The guy who says he never ********s up is full of it. The guy who has the balls to admit when he's wrong is someone who you can trust and rely on in the future.

And really, if you are someone who absolutely positively has to get one over on others, I would absolutely positively recommend it's not done here. You are trying to scam a whole entire crowd of people that are members of a forum dedicated to the dark side of the net. That's like being drunk and picking a fight in a bar full of MMA guys. It just doesn't make sense. If you have to pick a fight, go down the street and find somewhere else where you won't end up getting your ass kicked.

I really can not believe that Adam is still convinced that any part of what went wrong between us was my fault.

After waiting more than a month for what I ordered and paid for after endless delays and broken promises I finally got my order except it was not what I wanted. Adam sent the first draft of what he designed to the printer instead of the corrected version.

He stated that the printer would make good on it and the printer denied any of it was his fault"I printed what Adam sent me"

So ya I did spaz a bit and cursed at him and the printer which resulted in him coming here to BHW and bad mouthing me calling me a pedophile etc. posting my name and address.

I still have what I received from Adam sitting here next to me waiting to be recycled after I hear from my bank that I have received a refund once and for all. Up to this point I have only received a "provisional refund".

Also I only mention this because I find it amusing he has yet to address this part of my problem all together. The business cards I ordered were supposed to look like the Irish flag. Problem is the Orange came out so red they look like the Italian Flag. I paid $70.00 for this part of my order.

I want to let everyone know that this past Monday I received a letter from my Bank (B.O.A.) stating that the investigation was now complete and my refund was permanant. I should be wishing death on Adam given the things he wrote about me but I am a little bigger than that and if he were not talented to begin with I would not have used his services.

I want to encourage him to stick with it but perhaps leave the business side of things to someone with a business side?
