Was gonna try this out because it was cheap until i saw cpanel fees ovewr $100-500 per year. nah, no thanks

cPanel for shared hosting is free, but for PSs or dedicated servers there is a fee because shared hosting is managed by the hoster, but for VPS/Dedicated cPanel is directly linked to the IP, and respectively, any control panel is paid separately with the license on the server IP.

There is no limit, you can use all the traffic that is within the channel limit.
For example, on the smallest VPS, the traffic is limited to only 100Mbps, within this speed limit you can use all the traffic.
