I understand these things will happen as hosting companies do not want proxy scripts running on their servers.

All of us want proxies and that too cheap so someone has to do it.

cloning the servers , if 1 goes down than routing traffic to another maybe a cheaper one just to avoid downtime until main server comes back online.

2 clones of same server, will that help with downtime ?.
