I cannot recommend this panel/service.
I added $13 to my account to place two orders. Both orders were canceled without any explanation after one day. I then wrote a ticket (ID 39) to ask what was going on, but now, 4 days later, I still have not received a response, and my money is just sitting idle on the panel.
I therefore ask you to refund the credit as I cannot use it.
I have already submitted a ticket for this as well, ID 40. I hope to receive a response here.
