Our VCC is accepted by TikTok Ads; however, it's important to note that various factors beyond our control could trigger the protective measures of this service, causing transactions to be declined.Do they work for tiktok ads?
If a merchant has charged you but hasn’t sent you the product, you must contact their support team. We cannot force them to return your money.Hi, would you help to deal with the chargeback procedure if one occurs? For example I didn't get the product or service I ordered and I want to get my money back.
Can you issue the case?If a merchant has charged you but hasn’t sent you the product, you must contact their support team. We cannot force them to return your money.
Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean. Could you please clarify? Can you issue the case?

Unfortunately, we do not provide the chargeback feature. All responsibility for delivering the product to you lies solely with you and the merchant. We only provide a way to pay this merchant via Visa or Mastercard.
As a user, it doesn’t matter how we operate with crypto - you will receive a VCC with a fixed balance, regardless of whether the market is bullish or bearish. Are your crypto used as collateral (credit), so you can withdraw it again in the case of a bullrun or bail it out with fiat?
Or is this a pure exchange service crypto/fiat?
Can you clarify this? I don't understand when you say you are completely restricting subscriptions, but then state in the thread specifically that they are allowed (at least for certain platforms).we are completely restricting using our cards for subscriptions

This is about when people use our cards for a trial and then don’t pay for the subscription. We have a protective system that will freeze and delete the card after it receives multiple declines due to insufficient funds. But if you plan to pay for the subscription, you don’t need to worry about anything. Can you clarify this?
