I asked for test balance to test your service before placing an order but I received a $0.25 balance which is not enough to place the minimum order for the service i was looking to order..

We are sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone ahead and added 1$ test balance so you can test the service.
Test amount we offer is usually enough to test most of our services. And we don't add more than that due to spam & people abusing this feature on multiple forums.
If you had contacted us before and told us that it wasn't enough for the service you wanted to order we would have already added more balance.
