The process to get this done is not to call out the staff in your thread.

That is a surefire way to get a harsh warning.

This is how to handle that:

As explained in Chapter 19, section 2.2 of the Marketplace rules, buyers may leave only one negative review per thread. As such, we have removed the second negative review.

Section 2.2: Leaving Negative Reviews
Negative reviews must not be misleading, abusive, or contain personal information. If you feel you have been scammed by a seller, please follow the dispute resolution process in addition to leaving a negative review. Buyers may leave only one negative review per thread only after having an experience with the seller and the specific service you wish to review.

The negative reviews removal process is set out in Chapter 18, Section 4, point 5 of the Marketplace rules.

Please follow the guidance, then wait for at least three days for the user to respond. During this time, if the user responds, try to engage constructively and seek a mutual resolution to any disputes or concerns they may have raised.

If the user does not respond within three days, or if they are unwilling to resolve the issue, please contact us at support again and send us a link to the conversation and/or screenshots of your discussion with the member.

We aim to ensure that all feedback on our platform is accurate and reflective of actual transactions. This process allows us to give the user a reasonable chance to defend their review and prevents sellers from being able to pretend they have not dealt with someone in order to falsely remove their negative feedback.

If someone is using telegram to speak with you without a first contact here its a scammer. Jealous are here scamming because they can deliver. So dear customer be very very very careful.
