I don't want to damage your business, but cmon guys, i've an order stuck to in progress since 2 days, i asked for a refund because i haven't received any single follower but your support continue to say that i have to wait, i waited 48 hours, i just want a refund and then i'll never use this service again. I'm sorry but you should remove the services that don't deliver what they promise.

By the way, my order id is 156841
 
Update: I asked for a refund because i have received no followers in 48 hours with the order 156841, order was for 10k followers and REMAINS was stuck to 10k till few minutes ago, now you cancelled the order and partially refunded me only for 2000 followers. When i never received any followers with this order, so i had to be 100% refunded. is this a scam or what? i have no new followers in my account, so i have proof of what i say.
 
the ticket was answered, you made simultaneous orders. Which is against the rules. In addition, the correct order value was refunded.

the order was partially delivered and therefore partially refunded.

Refunded 2.000
and I had already told you not to make simultaneous orders. And yet you keep doing it.

Like i said in the ticked: i reached 88465 followers with the order 157058 and not with the order 156841 that you partially refunded and thar never delivered any single follower. But well, keep my money if you want, i'll never use your panel again. Anyway, good luck.

despite of raising multiple tickets i get the same copied answer that we will get our coding team to speed up the orders. but nothing happens

it is going to be more than 24hrs now for these orders-157340, 157307

this orders are stuck since more than 12 hrs- 157904, 157909

live stream views not delivered while live stream was on air -158521

please get this orders completed or else refunded so my clients can place the orders again.

its a request to keep your services up to the mark. because it affects the resellers client base.
