What do you mean start with $120 monthly usage and then reach out to OpenAI to scale up?
Also with OpenAI cracking down on these type of credit accounts, what happens if they lock the account after your 3 day refund period?

Personally, I would much rather pay for multiple $120 accounts than for one big $2500 account, due to the risk of OpenAI locking the accounts. Do you have any low credit accounts?
120 USD means, You have 2500 USD cerdit in your account, But you have 120 USD monthly limit. Its not my rules, Its the openai rules, So after 100 USD use, you just request to openai for increase the monthly usages, Openai will increase the monthly limit within 5 days.
Now, Openai do not provide any kind of 120 USD threshold account. They now provide pre-paid account, That means, if you load 5 USD, you can use 5 USD.
and, 2500 USD not the hacking credit or fake credit, Its pure approval account from openai authority.
