The site was on .co.uk extension but didn't target this location.

The site used a magazine theme, and it was built like a Big Magazine website.

The content is good, readable, relevant, meaningful, and formatted with subheadings, bullet points and all of that.

The site is monetized - it has Google ads.

The domain has 2.7 Domain rating, 55k external links and 200+ referring domains.

Overall, it's a good service, but a little bit pricey compared to other sellers with the same service quality.

The site does not look like a PBN at all, more like a real blog.
They made a long and well written article, exacty on topic. And theu used a related image.
Content passes copyscape.

For this price this is a good deal, recommended!
