1. What's the average quality score of these proxies? I mean, do they have a high-risk score on IPQualityScore? Because it will be like losing a proxy credit for a proxy that is detected.

2. Is there any way to use the proxies without installing the software?

1. Sorry I have no idea about IP quality score. I suggest you try for yourself. I can provide you invite link with free IPs to test.
