The site age being 23 years old is great. I wish I could verify the DA/PA but the owner said:

"Note: We blocked the ahrefs, semrush, and moz bot so it can't show backlinks and can't show any metrics, and we only target the google ranking, fast indexing and enhance the visibility."

Post was indeed on a Go0gle news site

And checking, it was Indexed in Go0gle.

The article quality is very good, it reads like a news story. My anchor text was added into the article as requested.
