OP provided a PDF ebook, with 27 pages, with screenshots, that was easy to read & follow all steps.
Methods explained mostly rely on free tools.
This method would definitely help me find good low-competition keywords, for Autoblog/PAA articles.

Here is my review for this ebook. I was provided a review copy.
First of all, it is a 28 page PDF (last page is blank for some reason) with lots of screen captures. I personally love the fact that we can see the tools and how they are used. Most of the tools for the method are free, and what is not free is easily affordable for most people.
As an Excel nerd, I love the use of it for clustering keywords. I am ashamed to say I never thought of doing it that way. Absolutely great and I think it will open your eyes too. I have not had a chance to dig into an actual keyword project yet, but the methods here are going to a part of my research from here on out.
One thing I did notice is that there are some secret links that all point to an old PBN sales thread here. Not sure why they are there, as PBNs aren't mentioned in the method and it is not OP's sales thread.
If you are unsure about keyword research, this is an excellent and easy-to-follow method of finding keywords for any project you might have going. If you are experienced, I think you will learn new tricks and tips (and a new website too) that will make your life easier.

i received my copy of the book and wanted to share my thoughts. The book is very helpful for anyone who is looking for low-competition keywords, as the OP advises. It lays out a few creative ways to get some very nice keywords that you wouldn't normally come across.

The eBook is well written, and includes screenshots as well as examples which should aid anyone in following the guide.
The method itself does seem promising, and uses a unique method as well as tools in order to find many zero-competition keywords. One thing to keep in mind is that there is a $10 investment required.
