He provides you the formula as well.

I was fortunate to get a review copy of the ebook.
I have been doing SEO for 15 years and this is a nice refresher on keyword research. He only uses free tools, except one that costs $10. He provides a step by step guide that will give you a nice (and large) list of keywords, from scratch.
Let's say you attack a new niche and you have no idea about what keywords to use. This methodology will give you clustered groups of keywords as well as search volume, and related queries. From there you can start beuilding your content.
The guide is very clear and easy to follow, and I believe this is one of the best ways to do keyword research.
