Honestly, I did not like this service very much. I emphasize that the OP sent me the detailed instructions and the communication was smooth. But the service itself seems outdated to me, it is 2023 with so many advanced image editors, AIs generating high quality images and a lot of features that make this service seem to me like it was created fifteen years ago.

The service has a lot of features to generate designs, but at the same time it is not very customizable and forces you to generate random versions until you are satisfied with one.

Someone may say "but you are here to judge this service, not in comparison with competitors". However, the point is that YouTube has a multitude of competitors and creating thumbnails requires creating something flashy, professional and modern that your competitors will often have. With this service it seems unlikely to me that you can compete in the same way, the thumbnails that can be created with the options offered are quite simple and I don't see how you will be able to create something really eye-catching and professional at the same time.

That was my honest impression.
