update: Support fixed my issue, turns out the modem needs to be restarted from time to time and fixed the disconnection issue.

My proxy is down all morning out of nowhere, I cannot get any work done and I contacted you on telegram and nobody is responding back. I need this fixed ASAP. I am losing tons of work because of this!
