It would be ignorant of me to point out a rule I did not confirm, as stated in this thread by @Don't Panic:

No. You are not allowed to sell or ask to buy BHW account. If this is found to be done, the account will be permanently banned. You can, however give ownership of your marketplace thread to another user.

Rules state service ownership must be transferred to the account of the buyer, here is how the process looks:

We ask that a conversation is started with @Diamond Damien which includes both the buyer and the seller detailing:

1. what is being sold (ie part of a thread, the whole service, the account)
2. the price and
3. date of transfer

1. We check that everything is in order running through our own due diligence to ensure it's all correct and above board.
2. We then put the new owner of the thread through the same marketplace review they would run through if they were fresh into the marketplace.
3. If they pass this review with the same results as the previous owner there are no further changes. If there is an improvement/downgrading in service, then we reflect this in the review.
4. We then create this thread - with the service as it was at the time of transfer (see below) explaining what's happened for transparency.

Previously, I was about to purchase @Tony$tark account and BST and I was in a PM/conversation with @Tony$tark , admins @Zwielicht , @Diamond Damien and me about me buying the account WITH the BST which was allowed.

Unfortunately, the deal didn't go through, but I can asure you you can buy a BHW account WITH and ONLY WITH a BST.

This is so that clients don't think anything bad in regards to the BST service and you can do business as usual.

Though the deal didn't go through, you can buy the BST WITH the BHW account.
