can you please clarify what "didn't meet the requirements for a retest" means? Does it mean he didn't provide you with a working account to test, or what? I am just extremely cautious, because I offered that seller to give him for example 5$, for him to start my marketing campaign, and for me to see that everything works, to which he told me to just flip off.. That's why I am really wondering if it's worth the risk
