It is a threshold account. Meaning, you can use this account until the billing. Most probably 1 or 2 months. For us most accounts last for two months and so we got $1000/each month. We have limited stocks only. Delivery will be in the form of an email and password.

Guys as of now the threshold method is patched by openai and we are trying to figure out new ways to get threshold accounts again. Currently, I don't have any stocks. I will update here once I get it.
