And do you know how long is the waiting list? I am just asking because I am wondering if I will be able to spend the whole account within those two months. Also do you know what kind of API limited do these accounts have? How many requests they can do per minute?

The gpt 4 approval duration is not fixed. Got approved for some accounts within a week, but some accounts it's been a month. If you need $1000 credit limits account, I have two accounts in which I applied for gpt4 already, so that they get approval anytime soon.

The rate limit is 3 RPM and 40k TPM for gpt3.5 turbo.

It's a pay as you go plan accounts. So, if you start using the account, the billing will start. Then max 2 months from that.

But if you didn't start using the account for, let's say 5months and start using after 5 months, then the billing will start from that day only.
