I purchased 10 Twitter accounts (108fcc-99c36db3d2-eab371), turns out he is selling HACKED Twitter accounts, with real emails, usernames and passwords. Some of these people even have their own website that is linking to the twitter accounts. I want to either get my accounts replaced or refunded. I'm very disappointed and surprised to see that these accounts are being sold on here.

Yes, can happen, like with any other provider that is selling aged Twitter accounts. I've got multiple suppliers for them and sometimes I buy a batch where some can happen to be actually cracked accs. So sorry for the inconvenience, please reach out to our [email protected] for the replacement.
