Design wise it's a typical PBN with menu, logo and articles.

Initial link placement has used the correct anchor text but linked to my homepage instead of inner page, issue resolved after a few days after I spoke to the OP about it.

Article wise, it was the content about my homepage which is unrelated to my anchor text.

I was fortunate to receive a review copy for 4 links.

DA between 20 and 49, the domains are a few months old. The articles are written in good English that feels human written. The sites have a nice look that does not look like a PBN, quality websites.
