Issuing a card in our service is a free option for clients that deposit 30$ or more. But in a case when you deposit an amount from 1$ to 29.99$, card issue will cost 2.5$
I am of the opinion that you should help even those with limited or no knowledge to understand how to use your services to create something profitable .
I for example , I registered , asked my manager for info on telegram but the answers are so rude and generic that they are useless .
I do not understand why so many difficulties to give a concrete hand to those who would like to use your business , building something with it that can go well .
As for the functionality of the service I will not comment because it is not given to understand how it works and the possibilities that you have , unless you are already an expert in this field but if you are an expert do you really need them ?

After explaining my concerns I got a pm where I was asked for an unspecified reason for my email address .
I responded immediately providing my address , since then absolute silence .
At least on telegram they had provided me with answers , although not relevant .
I write this post because it is correct that users interested in the service , may find themselves "abandoned" .
